Sheriff’s officials Friday sought the public’s help in locating an at-risk 61-year-old man who went missing in Lancaster.
Ricky Allen Phillips was last seen on Sunday in the 44900 block of Tenth Street West.
Authorities did not say why Phillips is considered at-risk.
Phillips is white, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 230 pounds and has black hair and green eyes.
