Some shipping containers fell off a vessel in the Port of Los Angeles Monday.
Three containers were reported to have fallen into the water near Berth 302 around 11:30 a.m. Monday, according to a Port of Los Angeles spokeswoman.
Port Police marine units and Los Angeles Fire Department boats responded, according to port spokeswoman Chelsea Boyd.
No injuries were reported.
The response and investigation were ongoing as of early Monday afternoon, Boyd said.
