A 23-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of felony stalking with a prior for allegedly harassing a model and social media influencer at her Studio City home, authorities said Tuesday.
Officers were dispatched at 2:43 p.m. Monday to the 3100 block of Coldwater Canyon Avenue in response to a “stalker still at the scene” call, according to Officer Jason Lee of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Media Relations Division.
Raza Zain Ali was subsequently arrested by officers from the LAPD’s Van Nuys station at 3 p.m. Ali’s bail was set at $170,000 and he remained jailed Tuesday afternoon, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Inmate Information Center.
Lee said police could not release the name of Ali’s alleged victim, but NBC4 reported that the Studio City home was Lindsey Pelas’ residence.
Pelas made her film debut in 2015’s “Extraction” and has appeared in the TV series “The Bay” and “Paper Empire.” As a model, she has appeared in Maxim, Playboy, Esquire, GQ, Sports Illustrated, Glamour and other publications.
