Three people were killed and one person was rushed to a hospital from a helicopter crash in Chatsworth Tuesday.
Firefighters and paramedics were dispatched at 6:57 p.m. to 9151 Mason Ave., near Nordhoff Street, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The helicopter crash ignited a fire exposing four vehicles, said Jennifer Middleton of the Los Angeles Fire Department. The fire was extinguished.
Four automobiles and two storage containers were damaged by the fire, Middleton said.
Paramedics rushed one person to hospital, she said. That person’s condition was not immediately known.
