Authorities sought the public’s assistance Monday in locating a 69-year-old man who suffers from a mental health condition and was last seen in Carson.
Russell Kauila Kane was last seen around 8 a.m. Sunday in the 17200 block of Figueroa Street, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Kane was described as a 5-foot-2-inch-tall Asian man weighing 140 pounds with white hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark gray or black hoodie and blue jeans.
