A vehicle struck a pedestrian in Montecito Heights Tuesday, prompting the issuance of a SigAlert.
The pedestrian was transported to a hospital after being struck by a vehicle around 2:57 a.m. Tuesday on the Arroyo Seco (110) Parkway near Pasadena Avenue, a California Highway Patrol spokesperson said.
Details on the victim’s condition were not immediately available.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene, according to the CHP.
A SigAlert was initially issued for the 2 and 3 lanes of the Arroyo Seco (110) Parkway near Pasadena Avenue and canceled at 4:12 a.m., according to the CHP.
Video from the scene shows personnel from the Los Angeles Fire Department treating the victim at the site of the collision.
