A search was underway Tuesday for a 16-year-old Temecula girl last seen near a high school campus.
Breana Rose Clavel was in the area of Great Oak High School in the 44000 block of Deer Hollow Way, near Pechanga Parkway, when acquaintances saw her late Monday afternoon, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
Breana didn’t return home that night, prompting her loved ones to file a missing person report.
Sheriff’s officials said there was no word on her possible whereabouts Tuesday.
The youth is 5-feet-2 inches tall and just under 100 pounds, with brown eyes and hair, which is bobbed. On Monday, she was wearing a gray-blue T-shirt with unknown print on it, oversized baggy black pants and olive-colored shoes, carrying a purple backpack, according to authorities.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts was asked to contact the sheriff’s department at 800-950-2444.
When reporting a missing person, I believe race is a very important piece of information to provide the public.
