A man fatally shot in Compton was publicly identified Monday.
The County of Los Angeles Department of Medical Examiner identified the victim as 29-year-old Tyjionne Walker.
The shooting occurred about 1:35 a.m. Oct. 10 in the 1600 block of McMillan Street, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported.
Paramedics rushed the man to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
His city of residence was not available.
