A 50-year-old woman with cognitive delays, depression, schizophrenia and alcoholism was reported missing Wednesday after being last seen in Torrance.
Mercedes Martinez-Ramos was last seen around 2 a.m. Wednesday, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Martinez-Ramos was described as a 4-foot-8-inch-tall Hispanic woman weighing 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a beige shirt, pants, and yellow socks.
