One person suffered major injuries Monday in a roll over crash on the HOV transition from the southbound Harbor (110) Freeway to the westbound Glen Anderson (105) Freeway, authorities said.
The crash was reported at 2:16 a.m., the California Highway Patrol said.
First, a caller reported a dark vehicle with damage from a collision was blocking the HOV lane, the CHP said. About 10 minutes later they reported up to three vehicles were involved in a collision.
The injured person was taken to County USC Medical Center for treatment, CHP Officer Patrick Kimball said.
CHP officers who had kept traffic off the transition road reopened all lanes except the HOV lane to traffic at 2:52 a.m., Kimball said.
