One member of a USC team not actively participating in workouts on campus has tested positive for the coronavirus since the last report, the university announced Monday.
The athlete was put into isolation. The team the athlete is a member of was not identified.
USC conducted 1,157 COVID-19 tests on athletes since results of its previous testing report were released to the news media last Monday.
Since testing began in mid-June, there have been 26 positive tests among the 10,048 conducted on USC athletes. The percentage of positive tests is 0.26%.
