A brush fire charred an acre in Lake Elsinore Saturday.
The fire was reported at one-half acre at about 5:40 p.m. Saturday in the 34300 block of Canyon Hills Road, south of Canyon Hills Community Park, according to the Watch Duty app.
At about 6:05 p.m., it was reported that forward progress was stopped at one acre. There were no reports of injuries or structures damaged.
The Riverside County Fire Department did not provide immediate details about the fire.
