Crews made quick work Friday of a fire that started outside an Arleta home and spread into the residence, with no injuries reported.
The blaze broke out about 8:45 a.m. in the 13200 block of West Reliance Street, according to Los Angeles Fire Department spokeswoman Margaret Stewart.
The first-arriving 28 firefighters put the fire out in 20 minutes, Stewart said.
No further details were immediately available.
