It took about 35 firefighters 19 minutes to put out a fire atop a three-story Hollywood apartment complex Monday.
The fire was reported at 2:39 a.m. at 1342 N. Highland Ave., according to Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Jamie Stewart. That is south of De Longpre Avenue.
It was out at 2:58 a.m.
Flames were showing from the roof when firefighters arrived, Stewart said.
No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire was not immediately known, he said.
