Firefighters were battling a second-alarm blaze Thursday in a single-story commercial building in Santa Clarita.
Firefighters arrived at about 4:30 a.m. to the building at 23920 W. Creekside Rd. and found smoke and fire showing, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
Firefighters took up defensive positions around the building, and were pouring water on the flames from outside.
