Firefighters battled a blaze in a large pile of pallets Sunday in a commercial area of the city of Eastvale.
The fire was reported at 5:49 p.m. Sunday in the 14900 block of Summit Drive north of Limonite Avenue, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
The fire burned near a commercial building, but firefighters were able to keep it from spreading to the structure, fire officials said.
The fire did destroy a semi-truck cab and several semi trailers and damage an outbuilding, officials said.
One firefighter was treated for minor injuries, fire officials said.
