Rep. Karen Bass, D-Los Angeles, Monday endorsed state Senator Isadore Hall, D-Compton, in his bid to replace Rep. Janice Hahn, D-San Pedro, in the House of Representatives.
“He knows how to bring opposing parties together to find a common ground, always with an aim of improving the lives of his constituents,” Bass said in a statement, calling Hall “a legislative bridge builder.”
Hahn is leaving Congress next year to run for the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors.
