The three-day Democratic National Committee Winter Meeting will begin Thursday in downtown Los Angeles with both nlooks back to the party’s 2025 election victories and ahead to the 2026 midterm elections.
Former Vice President Kamala Harris and her husband Doug Emhoff, Gov. Gavin Newsom, Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass and Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker are among the scheduled participants, a DNC official told City News Service.
The meeting will include a panel discussion on the 2025 elections featuring key staff from those races. There will also be training sessions to prepare for the 2026 midterms on voter outreach and tech tools, according to the DNC.
