Rap mogul Marion “Suge” Knight — who is charged along with comedian Micah “Katt” Williams in connection with the alleged theft of a camera from a paparazzo in Beverly Hills — pleaded not guilty Wednesday to a robbery charge.

Knight, 49, was ordered to be taken into custody in lieu of $500,000 bail, but he was released on bond at 3:25 p.m., according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Inmate Information Center website.

He is due back at the Airport Branch Courthouse in Los Angeles on Dec. 24, the same day Williams, 43, is set to be arraigned.

Both men are facing a single felony count of robbery stemming from the alleged Sept. 5 theft from a female photographer outside a studio in Beverly Hills.

Knight — who has a prior conviction for assault with a deadly weapon — faces up to 30 years to life in prison if convicted, while Williams could face up to seven years behind bars, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
