The Melissa McCarthy comedy “Spy” debuted in first place at the North American box office, pushing the disaster epic “San Andreas” into the second slot, according to final figures released Monday.

“Spy” opened with $29.1 million, while “San Andreas” fell from first to second with $25.8 million, according to Rentrak.

The horror sequel “Insidious Chapter 3” debuted in third place with $22.7 million. Another debut — the big-screen version of HBO’s popular series “Entourage” — fought its way to fourth place with $10.3 million.

“Mad Max: Fury Road” continued to be popular at theaters, collecting another $7.8 million to push its four-week take to $130.7 million. “Pitch Perfect 2,” meanwhile, sang its way to sixth place with $7.6 million, giving it a four-week total of $160.8 million.

Rounding out the top 10 films of the weekend were “Tomorrowland” ($7.2 million); “Avengers: Age Of Ultron” ($6.3 million); “Aloha” ($3.2 million); and “Poltergeist” ($2.7 million).

In its six weeks of release, “Avengers” has earned $438.2 million, according to Rentrak.
