Singers Chaka Khan, Tamar Braxton and Nick Carter, actor Gary Busey and Triple Crown-winning jockey Victor Espinoza are among the 13-member cast for the fall season of ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” announced Wednesday.
The cast also includes the show’s first married couple, actress Alexa PenaVega and actor/singer Carlos PenaVega; and Army National Guard Spc. Alek Skarlatos, who joined two childhood friends in overpowering a man who opened fire on a train from Amsterdam to Paris last month.
The other cast members for the series’ 21st season introduced today on “Good Morning America” were:
— celebrity chef Paula Deen;
— 17-year-old wildlife television host Bindi Irwin, the daughter of the late wildlife television host Steve Irwin;
— 15-year-old social media personality Hayes Grier;
— reality television personality Kim Zolciak Biermann; and
— pop star Andy Grammer.
The “Dancing with the Stars” fall season premiere will air Sept. 14.
