Gloria Allred won’t sue Damon Wayans, but she filed a complaint in the court of public opinion over his recent comments about Bill Cosby’s accusers being “unrapeable.”

In a New York radio interview Friday on his 55th birthday, the actor/comedian had a mixed defense of Cosby but suggested why so many women were accusing Cosby of sexual assault decades later — that Cosby, 78, got too old for sex and told the women goodbye.

“Bye, b——. And they’re like, oh, really? Rape,” Wayans said. “Some of them, it’s un-rape-able. I look at them, (I think) no, you don’t want that. Get outta here, get up and get outta here.”

Still, if his daughter had accused Cosby, Wayans said, “I would have killed Bill Cosby. But just looking at it, I just don’t believe it, I think it’s a money hustle.”

This week, at a museum party in New York, L.A. lawyer Allred called the “unarguable” comments “disgusting, uninformed.”

“Rape is not about what a woman or a child looks like,” Allred told the New York Daily News. “It’s obviously about the power and the control that is exercised by the rapist who does it for those reasons.”
