Chris Brown mum on custody victory but hails 9/11 fallen rescuers

Chris Brown has won joint custody of his 15-month-old out-of-wedlock daughter Royalty, TMZ is reporting.

“Brown and Nia Guzman squared off in a Houston court Friday morning. She not only wanted to deny Chris any custodial rights, she also only wanted to give him supervised visitation,” TMZ said Friday. “The judge disagreed and we’ve learned Chris and Nia will share 50/50 physical custody, with Royalty going back and fourth every 4 days. Both Chris and Nia now live in L.A.”

Guzman, a fashion model, reportedly was married when she had an affair with Brown.

Part of the deal is that Guzman not discuss the arrangement on social media.

Brown appears to be honoring that wish as well — but still took to the Twitter waves to mark 9/11.

The judge’s order of discretion didn’t affect fans of singer/dancer Brown.
