Scientology’s L.A. center may have to call Tom Cruise in for extra therapy if tabloid reports are correct about his “freaking out” over Leah Remini’s revelations.

As Us Weekly tells it, the 53-year-old star thinks Remini’s book “a major betrayal.”

Remini, the “King of Queens” star, “has also been sharing tales from Cruise’s wedding to now ex-wife Katie Holmes, claiming the couple reported her to the church for inappropriate behavior during their nuptials. The Exes actress wrote that the incident led the religious group to send her to Florida for ‘reprogramming,'” Us Weekly said.

“Leah is what the church calls a ‘suppressive person,’ so she’s evil in his mind,” Us said, quoting a “source.”

Holmes has since apologized to Remini without addressing specifics, the site said.

“I regret having upset Leah in the past, and wish her only the best in the future,” the actress said in a statement ahead of Remini’s Oct. 30 “20/20” interview.

In a statement on its website, the Church of Scientology says: “Sadly, bitterness and anger are common threads through Ms. Remini’s life. Rather than take responsibility for self-inflicted problems, she is quick to blame others.”

Remini also “continues her obnoxious efforts to harass the leader of the Church of Scientology and his wife, with whom Ms. Remini has been obsessed and has stalked for years,” Scientology says.
