A bank filed a creditor’s claim of more than $400,000 against the estate of the late Anton Yelchin representing the balance due on a 2012 loan.

Luther Burbank Savings filed the claim Nov. 3 in Los Angeles Superior Court, seeking $417,500, plus daily interest of $43.

The loan was taken out by Yelchin on May 17, 2012, for $455,000, according to the claim.

On Aug. 30, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Roy Paul issued an order giving Victor and Irina Yelchin of Studio City full authority to oversee the affairs of their son’s estate, which has an estimated value of $1.37 million.

The 27-year-old actor died on June 19 when he was crushed by his Jeep Grand Cherokee in a freak accident in the driveway of his Studio City home. He did not have a will.

Yelchin portrayed Pavel Chekov in recent editions of the “Star Trek” franchise, including the recent entry, “Star Trek Beyond.”
