We’ll never turn the page on Vanna White, the world’s most famous letter-turner. And she still turns heads as indicated in her Fox News interview.

Asked about her regrets about posing for Playboy early in her career, the 60-year-old icon explained: “Here’s the thing. When I first moved to Hollywood, I was too embarrassed to ask my dad for rent money. I was young and I wanted to do it on my own.”

But the moment she agreed to pose in lingerie, she thought: “I shouldn’t be doing this, but I’m not going to ask my dad for money, so I’m just going to do it!”

It wasn’t until her “Wheel of Fortune” fame that Hugh Hefner bought the pictures.

“He’s the one who put me on the cover of the magazine,” White said. “I didn’t do it for Playboy.”

The other Q&A takeaway is her famous streak of never wearing the same outfit twice — 6,500 and counting.

“Nor do I get to keep them,” she noted. “They have to go back to the designer, but I certainly enjoy wearing them. I’ve gone through all the big styles, [including] the big shoulder pads. You name it, I’ve done it. . . . But if I had the choice, I would prefer stretchy gowns. And I honestly love the cocktail length.”
