Mike Huckabee is funny. But can the former Arkansas governor get away with challenging Kathy Griffin for comedic supremacy?
Huckabee hopped on the Griffin-bashing train again after a report that the New Year’s Eve host had been quizzed by the Secret Service “for over an hour” about her Trump decapitation stunt.
“Political reporter Yashar Ali said the investigation into Griffin remains open. The comedian’s lawyers confirmed last month an investigation into the images was under way and signaled her intention to fully cooperate, according to The Hill,” said an al.com report. “Griffin has also said in tweets she’s under federal investigation.”
But even after apologizing profusely, Griffin still is a target of Huckabee’s comedic stylings.
This isn’t a surprise, however. In recent hours, the former GOP presidential candidate and father of White House spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee has cleverly mused on many topics.
