Now we’ve heard it all. At least all the voices of President Trump’s extended family.
In denying he colluded with Russia, Jared Kushner also exposed himself to a new charge — sounding like a nerdy teenage Mickey Mouse.
The president’s son-in-law and senior adviser spoke Monday outside the White House after meeting with Senate intelligence committee staffers.
In late June, Kushner made another rare speaking appearance, which led to critiques of the usual seen-but-not-heard White House power player.
The Daily Mail did a roundup of reactions, including: “Sounds like he’s giving an 8th grade valedictory” and “After hearing Jared Kushner’s voice, I understand why Ivanka was staring at Justin Trudeau with those hungry eyes.”
More recent critiques:
Listening to his speaking voice, I wondered, “Has Jared Kushner had his bar mitzvah yet?” I need to find something that goes with handcuffs.

When Jared speaks I dare people to not think of @vanessabayer doing the Bar Mitzvah Boy. No joke, it’s totally the same voice.

I recognize Jared’s voice from every student who’s ever complained about an A-.

Jared Kushner’s voice is the perfect blend of Mickey Mouse and later life Michael Jackson I’d always imagined.

As much as Jared Kushner creeps me out in general, hearing his voice makes me want to cry.

They should dub Jared Kushner’s voice with a more powerful one. Maybe James Earl Jones.
