Britney Spears should lend her security detail to the White House. Her bodyguards were all over a “crazed fan” who rushed the stage Wednesday night in Las Vegas.
“Spears was performing her hit song “(You Drive Me) Crazy” during her Piece of Me show when a man, identified as Jess Webb, stormed the side of the stage and attempted to sprint toward the singer before promptly being tackled by a group of security guards and backup dancers,” said Gossip Cop.
“The singer didn’t notice the commotion at first, instead asking the crowd, ‘Are you guys having fun?’ After she was approached by two members of her security team, the confused singer asked, ‘What’s going on?’ before being escorted backstage.”
Fans saluted Spears for returning to the show at the Planet Hollywood Resort.
