Poor Brenda Webb. The Twitter user challenged Cher on whether the entertainment legend would really take in a Dreamer as DACA protection.
Teenvogue noted that Cher went on a tweetstorm about President Trump’s order to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.
“Those Who Can Must Take a DREAMER In2 Their Home & Protect Them‼️I’m Ready 2 Do This & ????????Others in MY BUSINESS WILL DO THE SAME‼️SANCTUARY,” Cher wrote Tuesday.
But Webb — who goes by @bwebb56 and later made her account private — “doubted that the singer would actually put her money where her mouth is.”
Webb wrote she would “believe it when she saw it.”
Cher responded: “Then keep your eyes open bitch.”
