Los Angeles-native Heather Locklear says she’s “home and good” and thanked fans for their concern after being hospitalized due to a crash.
The 55-year-old TV and movie star was involved in a single-vehicle crash Thursday, said TMZ and confirmed by USA Today.
Her car “left the roadway and went down an embankment of five or six feet,” police told the paper. “The incident occurred at 5:30 p.m. on Country Valley Road in Thousand Oaks.”
The paper said the UCLA alumna suffered moderate injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
“No alcohol or drugs were detected as the investigation revealed she was not driving under the influence,” USA Today said.
TMZ added: “Heather Locklear reportedly won’t be facing any charges for crashing her Porsche into a ditch.”
