Information is sketchy, but Sylvester Stallone is not taking accusations of being a rapist lightly.
The “Rambo” and “Rocky” star has threatened through his lawyer to file a complaint asking that an unnamed woman be investigated for filing a false police report.
Following stories by TMZ, The Hollywood Reporter contacted the Santa Monica Police Department, which confirmed a woman had filed a sexual assault complaint last month against Stallone for an incident in the 1990s.
Meanwhile, a Baltimore reporter posted a series of tweets challenging Stallone, his lawyer and a spokesman over their accounts of various cases.
Baltimore Post-Examiner Doug Poppa, a former cop, Thursday afternoon cited the case of the late Toni Ann Filiti, Stallone’s younger half sister.
Sylvester the freaking pig and liar. Remember Toni Ann Filiti. Remember that 16 year old minor female in Las Vegas. RIP Toni Ann. You do have a voice in me.

Stallone’s attorney: It is clear that Mr Poppa has a personal agenda to make a name for himself by recklessly publishing false and defamatory stories about my client as evidenced by stories previously authored by Mr. Poppa about my client that have been published in the BPE.

Marty Singer please tell me what stories that I have authored about your client Sylvester Stallone that were false and defamatory. Has Stallone ever paid any money to anyone to keep their mouth shut? That is a question I asked you the other day which you refused to answer.

Stallone and his spokesperson Michele Bega told the media the first time they heard of the story about the 16 year old female in LV in 1986 is when the Daily Mail published the story. Well I broke that story in 2016. Marty Singer said he knew about all my stories. Who is lying?

Nov 2017. Michele Bega, Stallone PR person speaking about the Las Vegas incident in 1986: “No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone. Marty Singer this seems to contradict your letter to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Regarding the Santa Monica case, THR said: “Technically, the alleged incident is past the statute of limitations for California. It is unclear if police will investigate nevertheless.”
TMZ had said: “Stallone’s camp was aware of the allegation and say they’ve been told she’s alleging rape during a 1990 meeting at Stallone’s office.”
Stallone has supposedly admitted he had spent three days with the accuser during a 1987 movie shoot in Israel.
“He was single, she was not a minor and he says there was never a rape,” TMZ said. “He also denies he saw her at all in 1990.”
The San Jose Mercury News collated several other sex misconduct allegations against Stallone, including one surfaced by the Daily Mail.
That British paper “obtained a 1986 police report alleging that Stallone forced a 16-year-old into a threesome with himself and his bodyguard, Mike De Luca, at a Las Vegas hotel,” said the Mercury News. “The accuser says she consented to have sex with Stallone but not De Luca, and that Stallone threatened to ‘beat her head in’ if she told anyone.”
