Eleven years after filing for divorce from Matt Lauer — and then agreeing to stay — Annette Roque may be headed for permanent Splitsville.

“She has been meeting with lawyers about squeezing a bigger settlement out of him if they proceed to a divorce,” said Page Six of the New York Post. “A grim-faced Roque was seen Wednesday heading into the office of law firm Latham & Watkins in Manhattan.”

An unidentified source on the fired “Today” show host said a post-nuptial agreement the former Dutch model signed in 2006 was worth millions of dollars.

“But she is expected to challenge it, given Matt’s earnings since 2006, and given how he has humiliated her,” the Post said. “There are also issues over all the property and land they own, both in the Hamptons and abroad.”

The Post said Lauer was making $25 million a year by NBC under a contract he signed in 2016.

The news comes less than a week after Variety quoted former “Today” production assistant Addie Collins as telling of a consensual sex fling with Lauer when she was 24.

“I knew Matt was unfaithful to his wife,” Collins, now 41, told Variety, “because he was unfaithful to her with me less than two years into his marriage. He did it so effortlessly, with ease, and he wasn’t particularly concerned with the risk.”
