Marvel’s “Black Panther” followed up its record-breaking opening on Presidents Day weekend by setting yet another box office record, becoming the highest-grossing film ever released in the month of February, according to industry estimates out Sunday.

The superhero film directed by Ryan Coogler remained in first place at theaters in the United States and Canada, taking in $108 million Friday through Sunday, according to box office tracker comScore. That’s the second- biggest gross for a film in its second weekend (behind the $149.2 million hauled in by 2015’s “Star Wars: The Force Awakens”) and brings the film’s total domestic gross to $400 million.

“Game Night” opened in second place with $16.6 million.

“Peter Rabbit” was third, with $12.5 million in its third weekend in release.

The science fiction tale “Annihilation” opened in fourth place, with $11 million.

“Fifty Shades Freed” took fifth place with $6.9 million.

Rounding out the top 10 films of the weekend were “Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle” ($5.6 million), “The 15:17 to Paris” ($3.6 million), “The Greatest Showman” ($3.4 million), “Every Day” ($3.1 million) and “MET Opera: La Boheme” ($1.8 million).
