The owner of a silk screen printing business in Paramount allegedly groped and sexually assaulted women he hired to model his merchandise, according to investigators who Saturday asked for any other victims to come forward.
Suspect Randy Dee Headley, the owner of Logos Two, also known as LA Clothing Company, is under investigation for luring women between the ages of 17 and 25 to have their photographs taken while modeling apparel, according to the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department investigating the 2020 case.
Special Victim’s Bureau detectives said that during the photoshoots the suspect would grope the young women, and — in most cases — sexually assault them.
Headley was arrested pursuant to multiple counts of sexual battery and was in custody with bail set at more than $1.1 million.
The District Attorney’s Office, along with Special Victims Bureau detectives, said they believe there may be other victims besides the ones who have already made allegations against the same suspect.
“There may still be some unidentified additional victims that have yet to come forward,” the department stated in a public plea sent Saturday for additional women to come forward.
As for Logos Two and LA Clothing Company, located at 7901 Somerset Blvd. in Paramount, the business was temporarily closed due to coronavirus and has reopened by appointment only Tuesday through Friday.
