If a local giraffe at the Los Angeles Zoo has any say in it, the New England Patriots are going to be Superbowl champions on Sunday.
Artimis, one of the zoo’s Masai giraffes, was presented with two tubes full of food bearing the logos of the New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks. After a short pause, Artimis picked the Patriots tube over the Seahawks tube.
However, zoo officials did warn that Artimis has “never played football, does not have a TV and he’s a giraffe.”
When not predicting Superbowl champions, Artimis has been busy tending to her newborn calf, which was born in November and is on display daily at the zoo.
