A reconstructed offramp from the northbound Golden State (5) Freeway at Olive Avenue in Burbank reopened Wednesday.
The ramp was rebuilt to accommodate carpool lanes under construction between the Ventura (134) Freeway and Magnolia Boulevard.
The work is part of a $116 million project scheduled to be completed in 2017. Work on the project could prompt occasional closures of the Olive Avenue offramp and other ramps in the area, according to Caltrans.
