A blood drive will be held Saturday at the Los Angeles County Fair with donors receiving an any-day admission ticket to return to the fair.
The drive will be held from noon-5:30 p.m., next to the Big Red Barn.
Rhythm and blues singer Charlie Wilson, the former lead singer of The Gap Band, will perform at 7:30 p.m. as part of the End of Summer Concert Series. A limited number of free general admission tickets will be available beginning at 3 p.m. at the ticket kiosk on Rose Lane.
Reserved seats are available at ticketmaster.com and the Fair box office.
The Laker Girls will be at the Toyota booth from 4-6 p.m.
The fair will be open from 10 a.m.-midnight.
