Rodney Kissel was last seen about 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the 7000 block of Kenyon Avenue, the Los Angeles Police Department reported.
Kissel is white, 5 feet 8 and weighs about 160 pounds, with long gray hair and brown eyes. He drives a 2008 four-door black Nissan Maxima, license number 6BAP380.
