Concern over high wind has closed the Bailey Canyon and Mount Wilson Trail in the Sierra Madre area, authorities said.
Sierra Madre police also warned motorists to be on the lookout for fallen debris on roadways.
Anyone seeing fallen trees or other debris that can’t be safely removed from roadways was urged to call the Sierra Madre Police Department’s non- emergency line at (626) 355-1414.
