More late-night and early-morning road closures are in store for drivers at an interchange construction project in the heart of the San Gabriel Valley, Caltrans officials said.

The interchange of the San Bernardino (10) and San Gabriel River (605) freeways has had construction for the past several years, and the new flyover bridge and widening projects are nearing completion.

But this week, the 605 Freeway will be closed Monday through Thursday nights, and the 10 freeway will see connectors and ramps closed.

Lanes will start to get blocked off at about 7 p.m., with connector roads between th etwo freeways closing by about 9 p.m.

Full freeway closures on the 605 will be posted by 11 p.m. each night: southbound at Ramona Boulevard and northbound at the 10 Freeway transition ramps.

Ramps will start reopening at 5 a.m., with all the barricades scheduled to be removed by 6 a.m.
