Patricia Davis Carradine, 59, was last seen Wednesday in the 200 block of West 71st Street, the Los Angeles Police Department reported.
Carradine, who has a heart condition, needs dialysis treatment three times a week, and her family is concerned for her welfare, according to the LAPD.
She was described as black, 5-feet-5 inches tall and weighing about 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a white shirt and brown pants.
