Friday, Oct. 28
Punklloween (concert): If you’re into punk rock, you’ll want to check out this concert featuring cover bands playing all of your favorite music from ‘Voice of Generation’ to ‘We are Motorhead.’ Make sure to dress up in your spookiest Halloween costumes! Comic Con (festival): Stan Lee’s weekend-long Comic Con will return so you can meet all your favorite artists, creators, actors and pop culture icons. Halloween with Fire the Animal (concert): Enjoy a night of rock n’ roll performed by Fire the Animal at the Harvard and Stone. Free goodie bags will be handed out throughout the performance. Don’t forget to dress up in your costumes for the show! The music starts at 10 p.m. at 5221 Hollywood Blvd.

Corgi Beach Day (festival): Calling all Corgi lovers! Come surround yourself with hundreds of Corgis while roaming Huntington Dog Beach. There will be a talent, limbo and Halloween costume contest. The event starts at 10 a.m. at 100 Goldenwest St.
The Nightmare Before Christmas (concert): Singer Danny Elfman will perform hits from The Night Before Christmas at the Hollywood Bowl. Get your tickets here starting at $35. The show starts at 8 p.m. at 2301 Highland Ave., Los Angeles.
Dog Cafe Halloween Edition (animals): Dress yourself up and come play with adorable puppies sporting their Halloween attire at the Dog Cafe! Enjoy a latte, friends and surround yourself with dogs. Ghost Halloween Party (books): Illustratus’ will celebrate the launch of their first book, ‘Ghost’ at the historical Castle Green Hotel. The event will include live music, food trucks and drinks. There will be a live art auction featuring original pieces from stars in the animation industry with proceeds going to 826LA. Costumes are encouraged. You can get your tickets here for $15. Halloween Sunset Cruise (fundraiser): End your spooky Halloweekend with a sunset cruise in Long Beach. The evening will feature Tropical House Music and a costume party. Funds from the cruise will support ‘Xanadu,’ a nonprofit that builds culture into community service and empowers individuals to make a difference in their social circles. The proceeds from this event will specifically go towards their #PlasticFreeSeas movement. You can get your tickets here for $49 or $65 before boarding.
