A 27-year-old man who suffers from schizophrenia was found more than two weeks after he was last seen in Los Angeles, authorities said Friday.
Adam Michael Buckley was last seen on August 28 when he was released from the Twin Towers Correctional Facility located at 450 Bauchet St., according to a statement from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
It was not disclosed exactly where and when Buckley was located.
In August, a body found in a cistern in Lancaster was erroneously identified by the Los Angeles County coroner’s office as Buckley. However, he was in jail at the time the identification was made. The coroner’s office issued an apology to Buckley’s family.
