Firefighters needed just over a half-hour Saturday morning to extinguish a fire in a one-story home in the Shadow Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles.

Crews responded about 1:30 a.m. to the 9900 block of North Wornom Avenue and located the home with fire showing, according to Amy Bastman of the Los Angeles Fire Department.

A total of 49 firefighters snuffed out the flames in just 33 minutes, Bastman said.

No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
