An 11-year-old girl who is a frequent runaway and had been missing in Compton was found Sunday, authorities said.
Cristina Perry-Ross was found at 4:30 p.m. Saturday in West Covina, a deputy at the Compton Sheriff’s Station said. She was turned over to the Los Angeles County Department of Family and Children’s Services.
Perry-Ross was reported missing Friday. She was last seen at 5 p.m. at her home in the 13000 block of Tajuat Avenue, according to Deputy Marvin Crowder of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
