A three-vehicle crash Thursday morning on the southbound Hollywood (101) Freeway in Hollywood prompted the closure of three lanes of the freeway for more than 90 minutes.

The crash occurred near the Sunset Boulevard exit about 2:35 a.m. and prompted the closure of the Nos. 1, 2 and 3 lanes, leaving only the No. 4 lane open to traffic, according to the California Highway Patrol.

NBC4 reported three people were injured and taken to a hospital, but the CHP could not immediately confirm if anyone was hurt.

All lanes of the freeway were reopened at about 4:10 a.m.
