Fire Wednesday damaged a room at a single-story home in Koreatown.
The fire extended into a wall, but was prevented from going into the attic, said Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
“All occupants safely exited the structure prior to LAFD arrival,” Stewart said.
Firefighters dispatched at 10:18 a.m. to 178 S. Serrano Ave. had the fire out at 10:35 a.m., she said.
No injuries were reported and a cause of the fire was under investigation.
