A South Los Angeles man with dementia who went missing on New Year’s Day was found safe Friday by the sheriff’s department.
Henry Dykes, 64, went missing Wednesday about 6 p.m. in the 2000 block of Cullivan Street. He may have been on his way to a Food 4 Less store on Imperial Highway and Western Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County sheriff’s department.
Details regarding the circumstances of how and where Dykes was found were not available.
