A woman trapped in a burning Woodland Hills house Thursday was hospitalized in grave condition.
Fire crews rescued the woman and Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics restored her pulse, a department official said.
The fire in the one-story house was reported about 2 p.m. in the 23500 block of Burbank Boulevard near Woodlake Avenue. Crews extinguished the fire in about 30 minutes, Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles Fire Department said.
